This vest will fit a dog with a neck measurement of 9" - 11" and a chest measurement 13" to 15". If you are unsure how to measure, please message me. Miss Dolly Butter (in the pics) measurements are 9" neck and 13" chest and this fits her perfect.
It has two patches, Austrian Crystals, a solid cast D-ring and three pewter charms.
The harness is made with beautiful cotton, and it has a solid cast D-ring to use for a leash.
The lining of the vest is satin, and the closures are heavy-duty Velcro, ensuring the safety of your baby.
