This vest will fit a dog with a neck measurement of 9" - 11" and a chest measurement 13.5" to 15.5". If you are unsure how to measure, please message me. It looks a little big in the photos with Miss Dolly Butters (in the pics) because she's a bit too small for this one.
This has the name Romeo on it, so please do not buy if you do not want Romeo on the harness.
The harness is made with beautiful rainbow hearts cotton, and it has a solid cast D-ring to use for a leash. I made this using pure Austrian Crystals (I can no longer use the name brand of the crystals because I am no longer a brand partner with them), and they are stunning and capture the light so beautifully. I have no idea how many there are, but it's in the hundreds or more.
The lining of the vest is satin, and the closures are heavy-duty Velcro, ensuring the safety of your baby.
